SUMMER 2024 – 2025 Membership pricing

External cost increases have continued to put pressure on ticket and membership prices which will be increasing this year.

The GOOD NEWS is that existing members and winter pass holders can avoid the price increase by renewing before 31 Aug 24.

The even better news is that if you sign up a mate they can buy a their membership at last years price and you get $100 cafe / bar voucher (new Adult memberships only).

Ticket Prices for 2024/25 summer

Cable 2hr – $84 (was $79)
Cable All day – $109 (was $99)
Weekly Cable Pass – $349 (was $299)
Monthly Cable Pass – $599 (was $399)
Aqua session – $33 (was $30)

Membership Pricing From 1 September

Adult – $1,799
Under 16 – $1099

Winter Pass holders + Members from last summer who were not riding during Winter can lock in last season’s membership price of $1599, provided they renew before 31 August 2024 (this works out to be ~15 All Day passes)

For Under 16 Members the same applies.  Renew before 1 September 24 and pay $999. After 1 September $1,099 (~9 day passes).

(We continue to subsidise Under 16 memberships to encourage kids to ride and help families managing rising cost pressures)

Get a mate to take out a new membership before before 31 August they can buy their membership for $1,599 and you get a $100 (Cafe / Bar Gift Card) (They must be a new member not a current member or Winter pass holder)

Lockers

The members lockers cost $1 per day (based on a 365 day rental).
All lockers are currently allocated and a wait list is currently in operation. Lockers and membership renewals must be paid by 1 September 2024. Any unpaid lockers on 1 September will be re-allocated to the waiting list.

Family discounts (immediate family)

We continue to offer discounts on family memberships.  (Please note – The % discount only applies to the Adult memberships as the Under 16 memberships are already heavily subsidised)

  • 2 or 3 memberships – 10% discount 
  • 4 or more passes – 15% discount

Cable vs Full Membership (Green Wristband)

Full membership provides free usage of not only Cable but also Aqua Fun Park, Climb, Mini Golf and the Outdoor Cinema screenings.  

Cable members are provided a complementary upgrade to FULL membership in their second year of their membership and any consecutive years of renewal.  This is how we reward loyalty for your ongoing membership support of the Park.  Full membership is not able to be purchased.  

FULL members have free usage of Cable, Climb, Aqua, Movies and any other public admission activities (Not bookable Clinics, Classes or Lessons).  

Member’s attending Kids Club, Chicks Clinic and Beginners Clinic  

The bookable public clinics are not included in your membership.  Previously Members could book these clinics and receive a 50% discount.    

We have opened up access to the Clinics for members at no additional charge if there are spare places in these sessions (ie not fully booked).  

As these clinics are bookable activities for the Public – bookings take priority over members filling up the limited placed in each clinic.    

Spare places will be allocated on the day based on a first come first served basis and members must collect a Clinic specific wristband from reception before joining.  Members wandering down without a wristband will be sent back to reception by the Cable Operators.  Members can not hold or reserve a vacant spot.  

If members would like to book in for a specific clinic (ie to be with a friend) they can book at reception or on the phone and receive a 50% discount.  

Summary

All summer memberships run until 31 May 2024.

A membership allows the holder to ride free of charge at any time the Park is open to the public.  Membership holders do not receive any prioritization over members of the public or special privileges unless advertised (ie pass holder / member only ride session, Members BBQs etc).  Membership passes are not transferable and may not be shared.  

Excludes Kids, Beginners & Chicks Clinic unless there are spare spots when the session begins – Paying public have priority but members can ride if their is space on the day.

Complimentary upgrade to a Full membership is offered after your first year of membership. You must keep your membership current to receive your complimentary Full membership.

To keep the cost of memberships as low our membership pricing is based on matching our income and expenses during the Membership period.  For this reason and the seasonal nature (Summer vs Winter), we do not offer the ability to extend, suspend or put your pass on hold for any reason (eg travel, moving for work, injury or other reasons etc).  

The Direct Debit contracts are managed by an external company (Debit Success).  Debit Success are a large specialist membership payment company servicing many thousands of venues and hundreds of thousands of customers.  They charge a service fee for late payments (ie insufficient funds).  If for any reason you feel that you may be unable to service, the entirety of payments of your contract, we strongly recommend that you do not enter this contract.  Please note that your failure to service your contracted payments may impact your credit history.  If the Park is operating and you are unable to ride, you are required to continue to make your payments under the contract. 

All members must have a current waiver and have signed their season pass agreement prior to riding.

A membership will always be the cheapest way to ride at the Park regularly.  

Some members get the value of their membership in the first month of their membership as they ride multiple times per week.

We ask that all members make sure that purchasing a membership is the right choice based on their riding plans for this summer and that it represents value for money for them.
